​The Company retains all copyright and ownership rights for the raw footage. Under no circumstances, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, will the Company grant the Client access to the raw footage. The decision to provide access to the raw footage rests solely with the Company. The Company will release the raw footage to the Client only if such a provision is included in the initial contract, which would involve an additional fee. Should the Client wish to acquire the raw footage after the contract has been signed, the specific fee will be determined based on various factors, which can be discussed in detail with the Client.
